What we do

Come in knowing roughly what you need. Leave knowing exactly.

Storage sheds

Everyday storage buildings for lawn equipment, hand tools, bikes, seasonal gear and the things that shouldn't be sharing space with your truck. Tell us what goes inside and we'll size around it.

Custom sizes and layouts

Odd corner of the lot, a gate you have to get through, a height limit under a tree line — bring the measurements and the problem. Building to order is the point of buying local.

Doors, windows and trim

Wide doors for a mower, a ramp if you're rolling something in, windows if you plan to work in there. We'll walk you through the choices in person so nothing gets decided by guesswork.

Delivery and placement

Ask about delivery when you call. We'll talk through driveway access, gate width, slope and exactly where the building is going to sit before anything is loaded.

Site and ground questions

A building lasts as long as what it stands on. Gravel pad, blocks, a slab you already poured — bring us photos of the spot and we'll tell you straight what it needs.

General contracting work

We're licensed contractors as well as builders, so if your project runs past a shed, call and describe it. If it isn't work we take on, we'll say so on the phone.

How it works

From the lot to your back corner

Four conversations and it's standing in your yard.

Buying a shed goes wrong in the details — a door two inches too narrow, a pad that wasn't level, a delivery truck that couldn't make the turn. We'd rather spend twenty minutes on those things up front than fix them after. Stop by Route 360 or call and we'll take them in order.

  • Size it to what goes inside
  • Pick siding, roof, doors and windows
  • Sort out the ground and the access route
  • Set a build and delivery date

Questions we get on the phone

Almost always, yes. A level, well-drained pad keeps the floor flat and the doors swinging true for years. Call and describe your spot — slope, soil, drainage — and we'll tell you what to have ready.

That's most of what we do. The buildings on display show materials and workmanship; the one you buy gets built to your dimensions. Bring measurements of the space and any height or width limits.

Measure the narrowest point and the tightest turn, then call us with those numbers. Access decides a lot about how a building gets delivered or whether it's better built on site.

That depends on your county, your zoning and the size of the building. Check with your local permit office, and tell us what they say — we'll build to the dimensions you're cleared for.

Price follows size, siding, roofing and options, so we quote after we know what you're building. Call (804) 769-1112 with a rough size and we'll give you real numbers rather than a guess.

Please do. We're on the Richmond–Tappahannock Highway in Aylett. Phone ahead so someone is free to walk the lot with you and answer everything in one visit.
